Instructions:
Boil water with cloves, remove from heat, add chamomile, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and sip before bedtime.
4. Clove Tea with Anise & Fennel (For Digestion)
Ingredients:

1 cup water

3 cloves

1 tsp anise seeds

1 tsp fennel seeds

honey to taste
Instructions:
Boil everything for 5 minutes, cover, steep for 10 minutes, strain, and drink after meals.
5. Clove & turmeric Tea (For detox & Circulation)
Ingredients:

1 cup water

3 cloves
-
½ tsp turmeric powder
-
A pinch of black pepper
-
honey to taste
Instructions:
Simmer for 5 minutes, strain, sweeten, and drink warm. Best taken in the morning.
