Cabbage rolls – the classic hearty version

Ingredients for stuffed cabbage:
• 1 large white cabbage (or Savoy cabbage)
• 500g minced meat
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• Salt, pepper, paprika (to taste)
• 500ml stock (vegetable or beef)
• 2 tablespoons oil (for frying) •
2 tablespoons tomato paste
• 200ml cream (optional, for the sauce)
