Ingredients
4–5 fresh neem leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried neem powder)
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon honey (optional, to reduce bitterness)
A few drops of lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
Wash the fresh neem leaves thoroughly.
Boil 1 cup of water and let it cool slightly (not vigorously boiling).
Add the neem leaves (or powder) to the water.
Cover and steep for 5–7 minutes.
Strain if using leaves.
Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink warm.
Suggested Use
Drink 2–3 times per week only (not daily for long periods).
Use in small amounts due to its potency.
