Mint & Lemon Energy Cleanse Drink

Ingredients:
1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
6–8 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
2–3 thin slices of fresh ginger (optional, for extra energy boost)
Preparation:
Wash the mint leaves well.
Gently crush the mint leaves with a spoon to release their natural oils.
Add the mint (and ginger if using) to a cup.
Pour warm water over them.
Let it steep for 5–7 minutes.
Add fresh lemon juice.
Stir in honey if desired.
Drink immediately while warm.
How to Use:
Best taken in the morning on an empty stomach.
Can also be enjoyed in the afternoon for a natural energy boost.
