Ingredients:
- 500g ground pork (or beef/chicken)
- 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for depth of flavor)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh, minced)
- 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions:
- Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Add the ground meat to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
