Ingredients:

  • 500g ground pork (or beef/chicken)
  • 1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional for depth of flavor)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or fresh, minced)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions:

  1. Heat a large pan or wok over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground meat to the pan, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned.
