House bread of almost 2 kg for less than 3.50 PLN – crispy crust and fluffy crust

A simple recipe for a delicious big bread, crispy crust and fluffy crust. No special material, no artificial additives – just a few ingredients and a little patience!

Recipe for a homemade bread of almost 2 kg

Ingredients for the leaven (to prepare the day before):

250 ml of water

250 g all-purpose flour type 450 (BL55)

40 g fresh yeast

1 tablespoon of oil

Carefully mix all the ingredients with the wooden spoon for 3 to 4 minutes, until you get a smooth dough, the consistency of a quenelle dough. Cover and let stand in a warm place all night.

Paste :

510 ml of water (amount to adjust according to flour)
1000 g all-purpose flour type 450 (BL55)
7 teaspoons shaving salt
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
2 tablespoons oil, melted butter or margarine
