In psychology, narcissism exists on a spectrum:
- At low levels, it can appear as confidence or self-assurance.
- At high levels, it can involve grandiosity, entitlement, lack of empathy, and a strong need for admiration.
- At extreme levels, it may be associated with Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), a clinically diagnosable condition.
- A single visual illusion cannot measure any of that.
