1. Take a bowl
2. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar
3. Add the butter and make a crumbly dough
4. Add milk
5. Place the dough on a floured work surface
6. Do the dough for two minutes
7. Put the dough on a baking tray
8. Roll out the dough so that the dough is 15 cm by 15 cm (6 by 6 inches)
9. Cut into 12 equal parts – do not tear them
10. Cook for 15 minutes (check with a knife)
11. Separate the biscuits and serve hot
