1. First mix the ingredients for the ricotta filling, then beat the whole eggs with the sugar until you obtain a frothy mixture.
2. Gradually add the oil and milk, then gently fold in the flour mixed with the yeast.
3. Place the dough in a buttered and floured pan, then add half of the ricotta filling, then the dough, the rest of the filling, and finally the rest of the dough.
4. Bake the donut in a preheated oven at 210°C for 10 minutes, then lower the temperature to 160°C (320°F) (30 minutes) and finish baking. It’s ready!
