Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus and Lemon Garlic Butter Sauceb I’ve been making this recipe for so many years, I can’t remember where I got it from. It’s really quick to throw together. Must express something to keep getting my recipes……. Thank you

Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce

  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 4 cloves)

  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley

  • Salt to taste

  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Extra parsley for garnish

  • Lemon wedges for serving

How to Make Garlic Lemon Butter Salmon in Foil

1. Preheat the Oven or Grill

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
If using a grill, heat it to medium-high.

2. Prepare the Foil Packets

Cut four large sheets of aluminum foil (about 12×18 inches each).

Place one salmon fillet in the center of each foil sheet. Divide the asparagus evenly and place it next to the salmon.

3. Make the Lemon Butter Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together:

  • melted butter

  • lemon juice

  • minced garlic

  • chopped parsley

This simple sauce adds a bright, rich flavor that perfectly complements the salmon.

4. Assemble the Packets

Drizzle the lemon butter sauce evenly over each salmon fillet and the asparagus.

Season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top of the salmon.

5. Seal the Foil Packs
