This morning, I discovered strange marks on my car—and I was absolutely terrified when I learned what had caused them. It was the first time I’d ever seen anything so bizarre, and I admit it sent a chill down my spine. I had no idea what animal or object could leave such marks… and the thought that it might be inside the car made me panic.… En voir plu

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, soaked breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and thyme (if using).
Mix gently with your hands until just combined—avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

3. Shape & Prepare the Glaze
Shape the mixture into a loaf on the prepared baking sheet, or press it into a loaf pan.
In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar to make the glaze.

4. Bake & Glaze
Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven, spread the glaze evenly on top, and return to bake for another 15–20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

5. Rest & Serve
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing. This helps seal in the juices and keeps it moist.

Serving Suggestions
Pair this meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans, or cornbread for a true comfort food experience. Leftovers also make incredible sandwiches the next day.
