These elegant Puff Pastry Spoons with Cheese and Salmon are a creative appetizer made by shaping puff pastry around metal spoons to form edible spoons. Once baked until golden and crispy, they are filled with creamy cheese and topped with delicate smoked salmon roses and a touch of fresh herbs. They are perfect for parties, buffets, or special occasions because they look sophisticated but are surprisingly easy to make.
