4. Bake
Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow them to cool slightly, then carefully slide the pastry shells off the spoons.
5. Prepare the filling
Add a small leaf of lettuce or parsley inside each pastry spoon.
Place a small spoonful of cream cheese on top.
6. Add the salmon
Roll the smoked salmon slices into small rose shapes.
Place one salmon rose on each pastry spoon.
7. Serve
Arrange the pastry spoons on a serving platter and serve immediately. They are best enjoyed fresh and slightly crispy.
