Lemon and Charcoal Paste

  1. Prepare lemons – Cut lemons in half and squeeze out the juice into a clean bowl. Strain to remove seeds and pulp.
  2. Add charcoal – Measure activated charcoal powder and add it to the lemon juice.
  3. Mix thoroughly – Stir with a spoon until the mixture forms a smooth, dark paste. If desired, add honey for a slightly thicker consistency and a touch of natural sweetness.
  4. Transfer to jar – Pour the paste into a clean glass jar. Seal with a lid to keep it fresh.
  5. Store properly – Keep the jar in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration is optional but helps maintain freshness.
  6. Use as needed – Apply or use small amounts depending on your intended purpose.

SERVINGS:

Makes approximately 1/2 cup of paste, enough for multiple uses.

NOTE:

Lemon and Charcoal Paste is versatile and can be adapted to personal routines. It is best prepared fresh and stored in a sealed container to prevent drying. The lemon contributes brightness and a refreshing scent, while charcoal provides a deep cleansing effect. Honey, if added, enhances texture and makes the paste easier to spread.
